We check the wheel for any buckles, assessing the damage on the alloy ie kerbing and corrosion.

Step 2
Carefully removing the tyre and removing old weights. Further inspecting the wheel is essential to ensure it is in good working order before going through our lathe. We also make sure there is no buckles or signs of any cracks around the alloy.

Aqua Blasting
Step 3
We use our top of the range aqua blaster to effectively and efficiently strip back the alloy of any existing paint. Our Aqua blaster is able to go through this process in under 10 minutes per wheel.

Base Coat
Step 4
At this point we apply a glossy paint coat to the alloy. Along with feedback from customers, we also agree a gloss coat gives an efficient and professional look to the alloy and its back looking factory standard. This also allows us a quicker turnaround time to enable returning your vehicle.

DIAMOND CUTTING
Step 5
Modern cars now are mainly manufactured with diamond cut alloys. This effect is where you’ll see a bright silver face on the alloy with different colour spokes behind it. In order to repair this type of wheel we use a lathe. Then our high performance diamond cut machine will skim the face of the alloy wheel cutting the paint and metal off to the point where any previous damage will be removed.

Step 6
The final coating to be applied to your new wheel is an acrylic clear powder coat, to give your wheel protection and that brand new shiny finish.

Step 7
To finish the refurb process, we refit your tyres, setting the correct pressure. We then refit your wheel, torquing the wheel nuts ready for you to collect.
